Family Navigation Services

Family Navigation Services are a hands-on, intensive support service designed to help families overcome barriers and build lasting stability. FNS services are provided in the family’s home and community allowing staff to work alongside families in real-life situations. Services may include:

  • Parent education and skill building

  • Modeling effective parenting techniques

  • Resource coordination and referrals

  • Housing and employment support'

  • Budgeting and household management skills

  • Reunification and family preservation support

  • Goal planning and accountability

  • Assistance navigating systems and community resources

Drug Testing

All collections are conducted by trained personnel using established collection procedures to help ensure accurate and defensible results. We are committed to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the testing process. Our 14 panel UAs follow Children’s Division and contracted agency guidelines. Results are handled securely and may be provided to authorized individuals or agencies, including Children's Division, courts, attorneys, employers, probation officers, and other approved parties, in accordance with applicable laws and client authorization.

Our testing options include:

  • Instant Urine Drug Screens (UA): Rapid results for common substances, ideal for same-day screening needs.

  • Laboratory Urine Drug Testing: Samples are sent to a certified laboratory for comprehensive analysis and confirmation testing when required.

  • Hair Follicle Drug Testing: Provides a longer detection window, making it an effective option for identifying patterns of substance use over an extended period.

Destination Tutoring

Our Tutoring services provide individualized academic support to help children and youth in foster care strengthen their understanding of schoolwork and build confidence as learners. Tutoring is tailored to the student’s individual educational needs and may take place in the home or community.

Tutoring services may include:

  • Homework assistance

  • Support in specific academic subjects

  • Reading and literacy support

  • Math skill development

  • Study skills and learning strategies

  • Assignment and schoolwork completion

  • Building academic confidence and motivation

Supervised Visitation

We provide safe, neutral, and professionally supervised visitation services for families involved in both Child Welfare cases and private custody matters. Our goal is to promote healthy parent-child relationships while ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

During each visit, a trained supervisor remains present to observe interactions, ensure compliance with court orders or case plans, and intervene if safety concerns arise. Detailed documentation of each visit can be provided to authorized parties, including attorneys, Children's Division case managers, GALs, and the court when requested.

Our supervised visitation services include:

  • Children's Division (CD) and contracted agency supervised visits

  • Self-pay supervised visitation for custody and family court cases

  • Court-ordered supervised parenting time

  • Neutral, child-focused visitation environment

  • Objective observation and factual documentation

  • Flexible scheduling including evenings when available

Destination Mentoring

Our Mentoring services provide children and youth in foster care with individualized, one-on-one support from a positive and consistent adult role model. Mentors work with youth in the home and community to build confidence, strengthen life skills, encourage healthy decision-making, and provide support as they work toward personal goals.

Mentoring services may include:

  • Goal setting and personal development

  • Social and communication skills

  • Healthy decision-making and problem-solving

  • Confidence and self-esteem building

  • Age-appropriate life skills

  • Support with emotional regulation and coping skills

  • Community-based activities and positive experiences
